2 Corinthians 5:17 says, “This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!
During this season, allow God to speak in your life and read your Bible to get closer to Him. Put your Bible in your car or on your desk so that you will read it more.
Also, you can install on your smart phone a free Bible App called “You Version”. We use it all the time.
This Sunday, October 2 at 10 am, Pastor David will complete the Sermon Series: Difficult People “Learning how to deal with Difficult People when they say one thing but do another”.

A Way to Connect—Free Events for our Community
· Fit 2 Serve Exercise Group starts Saturday at 8:30 am. Muscle toning & Core strengthening. For men & women (ages 16 & up). Bring a mat and ball.
· Small Groups: Boundaries, DivorceCare and Support Groups on Monday’s at 7 pm
· Ladies Bible Study on Wednesday’s at 10:30 am
· Midweek Refresher Service with Adult Bible Study, Youth Service and Children’s Ministry on Wednesday’s at 7 pm
· Men’s Fraternity Movie Night viewing Christian movie called: Courageous (Honor Begins at Home). Time: TBA via email
· New Sunday School Class: “Living a Spirit-filled Life” starts next Sunday, October 9 at 9 am
· Families with Young Children Event – Sunday Lunch Together at Moe’s (Wiregrass), October 9 after church service
· Boo Bash “Trunk or Treat” at Heritage Church – October 31, 6 to 8 pm – Games, Tons of Candy, Bouncy, Big Slide, Concessions, Face Painting, Free Drawings
